Police Department
The Reedsburg Police Department employs 22 sworn officers and 8 non-sworn clerical staff, receptionists, dispatchers and evidence technicians. 

Fire Department
The Reedsburg Fire Department is a volunteer fire department with a long history of dedicated service. Regular training sessions ensure firefighters have the training they need to protect lives and property. 

Ambulance Service
The Reedsburg Area Ambulance Service is responsible for providing emergency medical services (EMS) and pre-hospital care to individuals experiencing medical emergencies. This department operates a fleet of ambulances staffed by trained paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMTs) who respond to 911 calls, transport patients to healthcare facilities, and deliver critical care during transit. The Ambulance Department plays a vital role in saving lives by ensuring rapid response times, skilled medical assistance, and efficient patient care in urgent situations.

Municipal Court
The Reedsburg Municipal Court provides local service to alleged violators of city ordinances.  Established in 2007, court is held at the Reedsburg City Hall.
