Floodplain Transformation Plan (FTP) provides minor redevelopment of the lots and building that were razed after the 2008 flood.

Do Not Walk, Swim, or Drive Through Flood Waters!

Flood waters can contain dangerous debris and generate currents that are stronger, faster & more unpredictable than normal conditions. This causes unstable bank conditions and makes recreational use of the river unsafe.

Turn Around, Don't Drown!

Just six inches of moving water can knock you down, and one foot of moving water can sweep your vehicle away. Stay off of bridges over fast-moving water.
