Reedsburg Teen Court

The City of Reedsburg Teen Court was established in 2008 as a collaborative effort between the Reedsburg Police Department, the Reedsburg Municipal Court and the School District of Reedsburg. 

 

The Reedsburg Teen Court consists of volunteer “jurors” who are students from Webb Middle School and the Reedsburg Area High School.  Reedsburg Teen Court is also supervised by adult volunteers who help to insure procedures are followed but do not take part in the Court’s decision making. 

 

Teen Court jurors deliver sentences to respondents who have already admitted guilt in their specific cases.

 

The Reedsburg Teen Court is coordinated by the Municipal Court Clerk for the City of Reedsburg, Loretta Roberts.
