• Area of 4,500 square feet, excluding kitchen/serving area
• Furnished with 21 full size picnic tables, can be arranged as desired
• Handicap accessible
• Restrooms for multiple people
• Kitchen/Serving area has cooler, refrigerator, large sinks, and counter with pull down shutter. (No stove)

Fees:
$350 with $100 Security/Damage Deposit

Usage is provided free to non-profit organizations, with a $100 security deposit.
