Airport Hangar for sale by the City of Reedsburg

City of Reedsburg Hangar for Sale

 

The City of Reedsburg Airport Commission is taking offers on a 40’ deep x 50’ wide airplane hangar.

 

  • Hangar is located at the City of Reedsburg Airport, see attached map.
  • Hangar must be used for Aeronautical storage / use.
  • Hangar has a bifold door operation with new cables.
  • Shelving is located on both sides of the hangar.
  • Newer paint on the exterior.
  • The City of Reedsburg is only taking offers on the Hangar building and improvements, and not the underlying land.
  • The Airport property is owned by the City thus you must agree to enter in a standard ground lease.  The Current lease rate is $250.00 per year.
  • Property taxes will be billed yearly for Hangar building and improvements only.
  • The purchaser must agree to allow current Airport Beacon to continue to be attached to Hangar. The City of Reedsburg will separate the electric use with an electric meter.
  • Offers will be accepted until March 28th.  Please send offers to the City Administrator, Max Buckner, at 134 S. Locust St., Reedsburg, WI 53959 or you can email them to mbuckner@reedsburgwi.gov. 
  • The City of Reedsburg reserves the right to accept any offer or reject all offers based on price and acceptable proposed use. The City of Reedsburg is not required to accept the highest bid.
