All pet licenses are valid January 1 – December 31. One pet per application.
Dog licenses are required for all dogs age 5 months or older residing within city limits.
Required to Obtain a License
- Rabies certificate including:
- Rabies vaccine date
- Rabies expiration date
- Rabies manufacturer
- Rabies serial number
- Check payable to City of Reedsburg.
- If mailing: include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return mailing.
