Location:  The Reedsburg Business Center is located 1/2 block south of State Highway 23/33 or Main Street in Reedsburg, Wisconsin.  The principal access is via Veterans Drive or Wengel Drive to Zinga Drive.

Acreage Available:  The industrial area consists of 25 acres that is divisible in tracts ranging from 2-6 acres.

Land Prices:  Parcels are priced at $15,000 per acre.  Depending upon the value of the investment, quality of the jobs created and other criteria, the Industrial Development Commission may provide assistance to offset the purchase price and other development or start-up costs.

Tax Increment District Financing:  The newest TIF District for the Industrial Park is TIF District #9. In prior years TIF District #4, created in 1998 was the starting of the effort to bring in Commercial and Business development.

Assistance to the business may take the form of Tax increment financing (TIF). A public financing method that is used as a subsidy for redevelopment, infrastructure, and other community-improvement projects in many countries, including the United States.

Similar or related value capture strategies are used as "Pay As You Go" - Grants/Notes, Conduit funding and Industrial Revenue Bonds. The City will also sponsor state development grants or compensation for site preparation costs, relocation or training of new employees.

Property Ready: The use of TIF district financing allowed the City to install curb, gutter, streets, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and other utilities to the site at no cost to the developer.

Zoning:  The land is zoned I-4 for high tech and research office uses.  Performance standards ensure compatibility between uses.

Existing Buildings:  The Reedsburg Industrial Park may have existing buildings for sale.  Please ask for more information.
